The women in this branch try to purposly lose paperwork and act like they never reciebed when FedEx confirms the drop ... How do I make a complaint on this team for lieing and not seeing they take 1200 plus I pay 8 for health care and they still wont lower it when i have to take of the kids that live with me ... I get zero dollars on all my checks because they dont care at all if they do right or wrong now my kids and I are homless that butt county

updated had to make payments through there portal then find out they are going after my wages when i was told they weren't going to do that i was not behind on any payments . issues : sent my paperwork to some one else, then lost my other paper work. also when you mail in your paper work it goes into a hub not right to the child support office. there payment web sit sucks and a 1.9 percent fee for every payment. you can even wright that off on taxes.

So they're trying to charge for a child that has lived with me all the way up until he was 22 they say to go ahead and pay the amount for that child to should person and they would fix it later but yet you cannot get anyone on the phone to help you and that was the words from a judge and I have news for Butte County there will be nothing paid until you fix this it's about like Walmart charging you $10,000 for a gallon of milk go ahead and pay it will fix it later

Every situation is different. There are women who have to pay as well not just men.
Call the main number and go through the system and talk to someone. Then after that it takes about 10 days or so for DMV to get the release on the computer. Then you can go to dmv and pay the fine of which I forget the price, something like 45 dollars. Talk to your cse worker also. Tell them what's going on.
