Yes. Absolutely. They have picnic tables tables with trash cans, wind shields as well as those BBQ you see in some parks :) .. they arent ON the literal beach, but if you park in the regular day parking, you'll walk right passed them to get from the parking lot to the beach.
They told me no smoking and no glass. I been there twice in a week and brought beer both times I guess bring canned beer to be safe and avoid any problems
Gotta pay day pass to get in and fish
