VOID AT ALL COST! Based off the most recent review below we were not the only ones dealing with RAT INFESTATION! We made several visits throughout the time we used the storage and never saw rats when we would take items out. When we were ready to move everything out and we started moving our stuff there were rats everywhere! They chewed all of our new appliances, left poo all over our belongings. We put a claim in and they said we would get $400! not even enough to cover our clothes damaged. When i told the onsite manager he said well just clean them and use them they still work. They could care less! BEWARE OF RATS!

So this review is based on a visit made by my boyfriend on September 29th 2021. It is a lengthy review because I don’t enjoy a business falsely accusing a customer of stealing and not owning up to it. When he first arrived the employees did not want to give him the truck he reserved a DAY beforehand and said that he had to call someone else (me) to verify it was him even though they had all of his information for rental. This was not disclosed beforehand by anyone. The second inconvenience was when they told him about the extra fees he didn’t ask for. In addition to those fees they put a $100 holding fee on the truck which was supposed to be $45. Then when he returned the truck he was called and accused of stealing a LOCK of all things from the uhaul truck that automatically locks without one. There was never a lock given to him to begin with by ANY employee but they proceeded to accuse him of taking it. This call was made about 3 times by the employee and my boyfriend told him the only thing he had done was closed the trailer when he had initially left. This is an obvious choice because who drives with an OPEN uhaul trailer on the street when you should pull it down and lock it? Driver 101. He tells the employee to check his cameras to prove he didn’t take it and in the end, 3 calls were made to accuse him of stealing an imaginary lock and NONE were made to apologize for the false accusation. He was instead quietly emailed his refund receipt by the same employees who couldn’t shut up about a “stolen lock”. Will never be giving money to this business again.

#B034 I rented a 5x5 unit here for over ten years. We were looking for a larger storage and the manager was able to get us one quickly. The staff has been polite, helpful every time we come, and give all information needed without even asking! I really appreciate the staff here.
