I wish I could give them a negative 100 I came in and purchased credits for the arcade & MOST of the games are OUT OF SERVICE literally 96% of them , they REFUSED to give me a refund , absolutely no compromising just to share a few

Lots to do... decent food... tons of games... pool... karaoke... bowling. It's an awesome time. It's located in the mall and can seem a bit dated. However it's a fun time every time. The regular staff is not overly friendly but the managers seem to be awesome.

this is only my second time here for the bowling. the first time i was here, i had NO issues at all. staff was polite in regards to any issues, and i had a great time! i am currently writing about this bad review while waiting for my lane to turn back on for the 10th time in 1 hour. i was given one lane that didn't work and the staff member who i spoke with seemed to be annoyed by my concerns for my lane. i was switched to a different lane that REGULARLY turns off and continuously gets worked on by a staff member. i couldn't even bowl for 10 straight minutes without the lane turning off and being worked on without my knowledge. i lost 30 minutes worth of the time that i paid for to get beyond annoyed. i didn't even get to finish all of my time. my temper was so high, i had to walk away early. there was trash everywhere from the party before us and there was a drunk guy passed out on my designated lane's couch. people were in my lane space and running around like children. and then, when you want to go play the arcade games, 75% of them don't work. walk around and see how many red card readers you see. overall, a bad experience and i wouldn't recommend this to anyone. to explain the pictures, i was in lane 7. you’ll see how much time was left on my lane when it got turned off (35 minutes, then 20 minutes, then 10 minutes). and the last picture is the trash that was left from the previous party. :)

I gave this place 2 stars when I reviewed 3 years ago. This time I'm giving it only 1 star. It was pretty terrible. It was not this bad the last time I went. Food stopped serving at 8. But of course the beer and alcohol was served all night long. Bathroom doors strait broken off. My husband and I did pay for the time play and not "credits". The sign said time play was good for racing games, pacman, shooting, etc. Like only 4-5 categories. But most of the games on time play were broken. I mean almost all of them. We played about 5 different games and the rest that were on time play were broken. I was not about to pay for "credits". But it felt like a scam, that a majority of time play games were broken almost forcing you to spend more and buy credits if you really wanted to have a good time.

Yes! They have some great ones.
When I asked for the password I was told that they arent told the password, so they couldnt give it to me.
I've been going to round one for about 15 years in round 1 it is kid friendly all the way on the arcade side. I have Four children and every time I go I take them with me they can also play bowling.
Prices vary from location to location. But they usually go 120 mins starting at 20.99 plus tax. 150 mins $22.99 and 180mins $ 24.99 plus tax price is per person btw
The arcade is essentially free! Just purchase a game card and add credits.

Black card has highest value. The more money you put in the card the more point payout from the black card. See the cashier's to add points and get a card. Once it's loaded each game has the point price listed on it generally near the rainbow flashing card scanner. Swipe your point card through the card scanner on the game you want to play then enjoy your game
It depends on if you mean "bowling" or karaoke. Also shoe rental costs. It all depends on how large your party is. I can't remember each and every single cost. I know bowling is not cheap and if you want to do 3 or 4 games with 3 ppl...the cost will rack up if you need show rentals. Skip the food unless you like eating junk. Pizza junk. Burger junk. I never did karaoke here so I can't say how that is.
Depends on what you'd like to do. Therebos bowling, pool, karaoke, ping pong, the arcade, and more
12 lanes
Yes
They don't at the moment
Yes
You can save them if they are on the play card
Depends on what you get and how many people are with you and how long you bowl and if you need to rent shoes.
each game cost between 4-7 credits , 20dollars gets u about 90credits
They for sure have the spongebob coin game not sure about down the clown
Not yet
I have never been to the San Jose facility, but it is fairly large. It has many different sections, including bowling lanes, billiards tables, ping pong tables, old school arcade section, modern video games, and yes, even karaoke booths. Even a half bar to make it fun for everyone!
Yes everything is open until 2am which is closing time. Although last round of games might be around 1 am
