Good prices, decent variety of items but long, slow lines.

Great employees and experience until we met SARAH THE STORE MANAGER. We were standing next to the checkout line finalizing a few items we were skeptical about in our cart. The store closed at 11 and at 11:01, Sarah comes up to us and says “You guys need to get in line NOW, we gotta go”. We collectively turned to her and said “excuse me, can you be more nice next time?” Which she sarcastically apologized while giggling. We then asked for her name and position which she replied with “ My name is Sarah with an H if you couldn’t see”. At that point we were SHOCKED with how rude she was being. We let it be and continued to check out with the cashier who had much better customer service than Sarah. Through the whole checkout process, we can all see Sarah talking with Loss Prevention pointing at us while we check out. At this point, our friend who is also a manager at his job got fed up and went to talk with her to seek an explanation and apology for her actions and responses and guess what, she BLAMED US for initiating it. He noticed there was no point in communicating with her anymore because she clearly cannot hold herself accountable. Side note, he had bought a silver chain during the beginning of the transaction and obviously Ross cannot give you the accessory when you ask for it, they take it to the cashier to ensure you pay for it. Now returning to the story, as he ended his conversation with Sarah, he turned his back and began walking towards us and as he came our way, Sarah says, “Uhm did you pay for that necklace?” Like really? Did you not see you cashier get the accessory from the jewelry section and ring it up IN FRONT OF YOU? Such a horrible manager and no where near decent customer service. Sarah with an H, you are a horrible manager and must work on your communicating skills, you’d be surprised to find it helps with customer service.

Love Ross but this ones not too good. The fitting rooms are absolutely disgusting. Walls smeared in filthy. Super gross. The store is packed and messy everywhere with merchandise needing to be put away.

I always enjoy the atmosphere of this place. The employees are always welcome when you enter and the music is very comforting.Makes me stay longer and shop more.Tonight,I was a little annoyed after getting home and realizing I was charged for the same shirt 3 times.That's crazy to me.3 times,thank goodness the shirt didn't fit and had to be returned or I wouldn't have caught her mistake. I called in and although I had to drive back to the store which is a city over,once I got there the camera surveillance was viewed and my money was returned.

IT'S A WIDE VARIETY BUT YOU WILL FIND A GREAT DEAL ON MANY PRODUCTS..
Yes sometimes there are your size in other stores that they have not sold after making all sizes
Yes they do. Not a huge selection. If your lucky they may have a good selection. I woukd call the store first.
