Most of the discounters in retail have gotten worse these last few years, but Burlington has gotten REALLY BAD, certainly the store in Moreno Valley. I just went in to shop a day ago, and, towards the end of my shopping "adventure", I felt compelled to talk to the manager of the store, however, I chose not to. It was not due to an ANGRY grievance; more like an APATHETIC, DISAPPOINTED grievance. 😔😔 I was able to pick up a couple of garments - they still have some neat goods, from time to time, just like the other two places I frequent: Ross and Marshall's. But this store, THIS "STORE"!!!, well, SOOOO MUCH stuff, strewn about!! I've never seen a store, ANY store, THIS disheveled! 😳 I suspect that several factors come into play, here (which is precisely WHY I didn't speak to the manager): 1) It's hard to get help these days, and getting hard workers, is even harder. I normally blame the youth (I'm a 58-year-old male), but I think apathy crosses many generations, now. I know if I was afforded the time, and I worked there, I couldn't deal with all the stuff, on the floor, instead of being on the racks or shelves. I'd be putting it back, where it belongs. It just makes the store look TRASHY. 2) Societal ills, or the breakdown of society. People/shoppers, just don't care, anymore. When I was shopping in the men's section, I was finding women's garments, as well as children's garments. Even the sizes were off. I shop in the "small" men's shirts 👕, and while the majority were "small", there were many other sizes mixed in, along with the occasional woman's or kid's garments. So that tells me that the uncultured, those without any "decorum", living here in California, are deciding that they don't want that item, and, instead of putting it back where they got it, they just put it "wherever". 🤷‍♂️😠 I have another "take" about the "uncultured immigrant" population coming to the states, which fits in with the "don't care" attitude here, but I'll leave that for another time - I'd hate to have this review taken down, because it "hurts someone's feelings". 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ 20+ years ago, shopping was NEVER this way! It's amazing, and sad, how badly this country, has fallen.

This place is going down hill. Not much of a selection anymore. Hardly any employees..and they are slow so the wait is a bit. Prices are still good but it's looking a bit ghetto. I'm so sad to see the downfall in businesses. People need to get back to work

Very good experience as I was able to find large sizes up to XXXL! They had a lot of casual pants, skirts and blouses at clearance prices! I gave them a 3 star as rack aisles were very messy with clothes on the floor etc.

Really good prices needed a luggage bag for those viva Las Vegas trips this year and found a great selection and everything at least $15 cheaper than the other 3 popular stores ..
