No, they're not part of the ATSC passport program, and likely too close even if they were. Those agreements usually have distance requirements; the place you bought the passes from can't be within 60miles (+/-) of where you want to get in for free. The idea was to make science centers available to you for free when you travel. That way you have the opptunity to visit places you might not ever see again.
