If you have a Bank of America debit card the card holder can get in the first full weekend of the month at a discounted rate. If someone in the family has EBT card up to four family members can get in for $2 per person any day of the week. If you think the family will visit at least two times in a year perhaps consider purchasing a family membership as it will pay for itself in two visits. Plus with membership you get various discounts at the explorer store, concession, and an IMAX Hollywood tickets.
