All sites have up to 50 amp power, water and sewer. There are 16 sites, the distance between sites is 30 to 35 feet, ample space for boat and car or truck and trailer. We are 12 miles from Sandpoint which has several stores including WalMart, Safeway and two additional grocery stores. We have no public restrooms or showers.

There's about 8-10 sites all have power sewer n water. There's a creek/stream running through east side of property. Sites are about 5-10 feet apart. The lake n boat ramp is right across the street. No cell service besides verizon but it's only 1 bar on 3g network. Hope isn't much of a town, and it's about an hour to sandpoint. The road to get there is riddled with deer, elk, and moose at dusk n dawn.
