Nice clean area. The pool, hot tub, sauna and gameroom are great! Awesome amenities, full hook ups and RV sights are good sized and easy to get in and out of. Also have small cabins for rent.

We bought a km resort membership 2 years ago (2019) and we have traveled to almost every resort they have in Washington. Even on the Oregon coast a couple of times (the coast places cost us $10 a night for everything, if you want cable it costs something like $3 per night) at the km resorts we have always stayed for free. We occasionally get cable or internet and it a nomenable amount of money for those amenities. We stay at Ponderosa Falls at least 3 times a year. Twice with grandkids and once by ourselves. The pool, miniature golf and game room are fantastic for the grandkids. You can get pizza on Fridays her, breakfast on Saturdays and the largest tastiest Cinnamon rolls you'll ever have on Sunday mornings. There is a charge for those meals but it is a fraction of the price you'd pay for a breakfast at a chain restaurant. So very much worth it! I love my KM membership and all the km resorts we've stayed at. I strongly recommend getting a membership. You do have annual
