I plan to pick up a package on behalf of a co-worker. The package is mailed to my company and c/o my coworker. I called UPS and they cannot change the recipient's name. I have business card showing the name of my company. Can I pick up the package?

With a copy of her id a letter stating that he or she give you permission to pick up package

Probably. ID is usually not required.
