Hi. I know they can help with rent. U would have to go in& make an appointment and they will give u a list of documents and paperwork that u will need to bring in, to be approved(I do not know how long it takes. I'm sure not long.) I am sure they can help with shelters and/or a temp hotel. I don't think they are associated with section 8 or any of the gov means to assist with a home. But ask them what other resources they know of that can help u thru this. Give a call, they are all super nice and loving. They really care. Best of luck. (Btw this is Luis wife.
