Staff is really kind, but they're understaffed and apparently overbooked. I showed up 10min early to an appointment, just to wait 25min after my appointment time to be taken in and there was only one other person waiting ahead of me. Decent snack and beverage choices while you wait and after you're done.

This place is a blood donation station. It is to help patients in need. I come here every 2 months to donate blood to help those in need. As said, save a life, win a seven-level float. The waiters here are very good, first of all, the environment is wide, clean and elegant. And the blood donation equipment they used was very clean. There is no problem. It's really good.
