We also were charged for damages that were listed at move in and that we had not done, but the previous tenants had. It’s also very pathetic that most of their replies to these bad reviews involve what sounds like even more rude behavior even through just a comment reply. They have nothing but excuses and include extra information to their replies to try and make the original poster look bad. Such a joke, such horrible low-life people.

Yes! They take any given amount of applicants for one property and string you along to make you think you stand a chance. Once they approve you and tell you your application is complete then they tell you you are in a waiting line for the said property. That's after you have paid all of the. application fees and given them private financial info online. These guys are complete CROOKS!! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TRUST THESE CROOKS
This place is an atrocity! If you are employed with this company, you should be MORTIFIED!

Hi Jesse Harman, I believe you may have left this review on the wrong company. You rented with us from 6/1/17-12/30/17. You were already living in the home when we took over management of the home. We show you were not charged for anything besides rent. You always paid on time so no late fees accrued. You even paid more than your actual rent for $5 a month. We refunded you $25 at time of move-out for the credit on your account. There was no fees for repairs or cleaning while you were in the home. No move out fees were charged either. We never collected any money from you accept rent. So definitely were not the company that 'hosed' you.
We have an investment rental managed by Hometown Property Management. We very much appreciate their vetting process when looking for potential renters. In turn we have awesome renters that are respectful of our investment. We need to know that our Management company is doing everything it can to protect our investment and appreciate everything they do.....

Tanya Vigil, We refunded your full application fees as we do for anyone that does not become first in line for a home. Also as I mentioned to you yesterday we work with folks to complete their application. But we wont tolerate threatening or harassing behavior just because you didn't get your way. Moving forward "We don't want to do business with someone who treats people like you do" Good luck on your rental search.
Hello Colbin you moved into the property we manage on 8/1/17 it was not even a month later when you received your first lease violation. You had failed to clean up after you animal went to the bathroom. You received another violation less than 4 days later as you never responded to the first. You continued to not pick up after your dog throughout your tenancy. We have more notices for 3/8/18 as well at 10/1/18. It is also noted in your inspections that you burned candles almost constantly. This led to nearly every room in the home needing to be repainted at time of move out. We have the photos of the wall damages getting progressively worse through out your tenancy. There is also the bathroom door incident. As required by your lease you were to notify us when damages are done to the home so they can be repair immediately. You do not own the homes you rent so you are supposed to keep them up to the standards they were in when they are given to you. The damage on the bathroom door was ..
