The most AH can do is prescribe antibiotics. Try Highland Hospital in Oakland. It's the county hospital and I know in the past they offered emergency dental on a first come first served basis, not sure about which days however.

But we do at our Sister Hospital (Highland) in Oakland Alameda Health System – Highland Dental Center | Health Care – Alameda County, California http://achealthcare.org/provider/acmc-highland-dental-center/ Call Highland Dental Clinic at 5:30am they will put on Emergency appointment.. i think they take 30 Patients a day.. only thing is expect a long delay unless ur the first 5 people.
