I can't believe how disrespectful and rude everyone I interacted with was. They showed no empathy or intention to help, in any way whatsoever. After doing one test in me they basically shooed me out. I hope everyone I interacted with lose their jobs

If I could rate this hospital lower, I would. I truly wish that I could. Their service is absolutely unprofessional, bordering malpractice. The way they treat their patients is horrifying and disgusting. There is no compassion involved at all. There is no help involved either. They'll dismiss your issues and tell you that your pain is in your head, and send you home with nothing but a bill.

Unprofessional at best. My mother in law was scheduled for appt. 7pm? You sure you're open? "Yea, we're opening later now." Show up at 630 pm. "There was miscommunication, its tomorrow at 7 am." We show up at 645 am. "You missed it, it was 7 am YESTERDAY." Reschedule for next week at 9 am. After dropping kids off and detour accidents in freeway, we arrive at 850. Nurse tells her other coworker "THEY finally arrived." Ummm, no we been here since LAST week!!

Terrible hospital. Nurse didn’t understand my grandma who was speaking Spanish—instead of finding someone or calling relatives who are bilingual, they restrained her when she was just asking for a cup of milk. Talked to Orman Salter (who knew who the nurse was) and was ignored. My grandma wasn’t a violent person and they restrained her like she was an animal. This caused her extreme stress and died a couple days later.
