Great location, but postal workers are lethargic, indignant, underwhelmed by concept of customer service.

Long waits, usually only one window opened at a time and no stamp machine. Office is stuck in the 1950s and has a very dreary atmosphere - a depressing customer service experience and no stamp machines. Better to go to the one in South Shore, they have stamp machines and faster service. Please get a stamp machine.

I showed up 5min before closing but they arbitrarily decided to choose the woman in front of me as the “cutoff” and then locked the door in my face before closing time. I was really polite and understanding but the gentleman was incredibly rude to me for no seemingly apparent reason.

Sent the customers away as soon as the office opened - because "the computer wasn't working". None of the 3 employees were wearing masks although required for the customers to enter.

Questions & Answers

I haven't been getting several magazines for past 6-8 months. The publishers have the correct address, & subscriptions have not expired. What's going on? Does my postal carrier just not want to deliver magazines??? 😡

United States postal services have hired temp employees that some dont know how to deliver to the correct address. I hope your problem solves soon.

Is there a reason this location keeps closing early? If you close at 5 that doesn’t mean 4:45. Those extra fifteen minutes matter to people.

When you are a single person working in a mailing depot and you have too close out you maximize your time out the door so the alarms don't go off. I go too the salon next door and see delivery mail people up to 8:00 p.m. unloading. Southshore is your second option or harrison DWTN oakland. She's a female and closing and leaving before the alarm goes off is 😱her priority. If you known that's a issue when you have a coutesy depot leave early. Lol
