You can get off at 4th and King St and take Muni's T Line South. You'll have to get off at the Mission Bay stop and walk to the Children's Hospital. (About a block and a half.) Actually, there may even be a stop in front of the Hospital.
i know you can take it to frisco but u would most likely have to take another source from there to ucsf what city are u coming from?
