Love living at Avalon, fifth time with them. It’s a lovely neighborhood with Caltrain, Muni, safeway, lots of retail steps away. Concierge folks are super friendly and helpful, especially Fei and recent hire Alanna.. kudos! Elizabeth keeps our Phase 2 sparkling clean and has been with Avalon for 17 years! It’s not perfect but better than most 😊

I have lived at Avalon Phase III for almost a year and it has been a great experience! A couple of key things that have led to leaving a 5 star review 1) The concierge team is super helpful and informative. Faye and Julius are the best and have always been very friendly whenever I need anything! 2) The grounds within the building are generally pretty clean because of the weekly upkeep 3) The amenities are mostly in great shape. If anything is ever broken submitting a ticket usually resolves the problem. 4) Our unit has been a peaceful place to come home to and we surprisingly don’t deal with too much noise I highly recommend living here if you are looking to move to the mission Bay Area!

I have lived in phases 2 for almost two years and I really enjoyed the service from the Avalon team. The concierge in the lobby is very nice and polite. I got a lot of help from Fei, Ben and Sharon. Thank you! I'd love to give these concierge teams and maintainers five stars. But after I heard that Ben was no longer working here, I was saddened and unbelievable. Ben has always been helpful, optimistic, energetic, and expressing kindness. He has helped me from the day I came on the tour and that’s why I decided to live here. No place is perfect, but Ben is the reason I feel comfortable at Avalon. Even in the midst of a pandemic, he's still like sunshine, and bringing a good vibe to Avalon. I'm sure everyone loves Ben for making Avalon feel like home. I'm an international student. My family is comfortable with me living in Avalon because of Ben, and he is the reason I renewed my contract. I only marked 2 stars because Avalon let Ben go and lost the best part of Avalon. Hopefully Avalon will really appreciate the value Ben has to offer in this place. Understand what they lost and get him back.

I’ve been living at Avalon for a few years now and have had a great experience. It’s in a very convenient location, has great amenities and has excellent staff. I’d especially like to give a shout-out to Ben on the concierge team who has helped me out in so many ways during my stay here. One recent example was when he went out of his way to help me track my lost packages. Furthermore, working with Christian and Raymond during lease renewals was always a smooth experience. It’s these things that make the stay here great, so thank you.
