I scheduled a Dr. Appointment to look at my possibly broken ankle. I never saw a Dr. I received an x-ray where avulsion fractures were recognized by the PA- not being concerned by this, he gave me an order for a boot, and sent me on my way. now the order for the boot was useless as their brace shop was closed before my appointment started. The Parking situation has their Ortho patients walking 2 city blocks just to get to the parking kiosk to pay the exorbitant parking amount- don't be late or else you will get an exorbitant ticket. The recommendation I got was to go buy a boot on Amazon. I bought a boot on Amazon- it doesn't fit, I think, but how would I know how to fit a boot to my probable (not confirmed by an MRI because this place had me see a hack instead of a doctor) high ankle sprain- though not sure which ligaments to be concerned about? I have a choice of healthcare providers, and when you charge a premium for care, and I pay a premium for care and get what I got, I am pretty mad. I am not going back- I am convinced they don't care about their patients.
