Quincy has four stations on the Red Line (which will get you pretty much anywhere in Boston) and weekend service is only reduced a bit in frequency, but note construction alerts (passed to Google Maps and posted in stations). Shuttle buses will get you around construction (it takes place at night), but obviously it may be inconvenient.
