I would recommend an apt for a wedding dress. Usually if you Walk In the representative's are busy with brides. You can easily make an apt online, and it gives you the times avaliable. Super easy
I had an appointment but honestly how the service was, it felt like it wasn't needed
We did have an appointment for the wedding dress. We also made one for the bridesmaids dresses.
For wedding dresses I think you do need an appointment. For all the other regular stuff i don't think you do.
