Trying to find Brenda Bell who lived at 2207 Robailey in Chico. Her husband passed away and she had no children and lived alone. Have not been able to reach her as she never used a computer. No answer to her phone. How would I find her?

These questions go to the public. I would personally go to her house and check on her if she were my friend or someone I cared about. At the very least you could have a welfare check completed by the Chico PD. Their non-emergency line is 530-897-4900.
