If someone makes a appointment and comes in to ur store on time for appointment, how long should they have to Waite before you guys care. It's been 1.5 hours waiting and you guys haven't looked at my car yet.

Don't matter they took three people in front of us and we had an appointment. I told them to kiss and you know the rest. That's not all that's happened there for me. I'll not go back

I am no longer employed there, but a wait of up to thirty minutes may occur, but anything more, should require a conversation. This conversation should inform you why you are waiting, when your vehicle will be serviced, or if you would like to reschedule. Hope this has helped.
