Great service, got my breaks done and I had a small issue that needed to be addressed, Darren took care of this and no cost to me. I’ll come for future break replacements

This is my second service with tires from ntb. I was hoping that the attitude from Asheboro would be better than the one in winston Salem, sadly to say it's worse. My appointment was at 1pm but had to wait 2 hours for them to put tires on it and alignment I had an appointment for 1. I had to drive 1.25 hours just to get here. My problem with this situation is why make a reservation if you can't guarantee it to make the approximate appointment time. And they didnt give me my mail in rebate card. when i called about the discount card the man told me that i would have to come 1.25hrs one way to get a discount rebate and another 1.25 hours back home. the manager said thats all they can do and hung up. I would like someone in management to email me with a solution.

Joe displayed outstanding customer service. I walked in thinking I would need to buy a new tire for one that was punctured. He explained my options. They were able to repair my tire. I appreciate their knowledge and not taking advantage of someone who knows little about tires. Tyler was professional and did well on the repair. When I booked my appointment I was surprised to see they were not taking a day off for New Year's Day. Holidays off would be great for employees. Please consider giving holidays off. Thank you.

I stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation. Nothing out of the ordinary. The reason for 2 stars (dislike) is because of the Extreme up selling attempts by the short gentleman in the green jacket. I don't need my brake fluid flushed ( ! ) and my transmission fluid at 56,000 miles doesn't need to be flushed, either. I noticed that he didn't attempt to upsell such nonsense to any of the men who were there buying tires or getting their oil changed. His attempted up-selling might have worked on someone not familiar with the mechanics of an engine, however, I am not that person.

That depends on several factors, I recommend that you get the numbers off of your old tire and call or visit the store so that they can tell you what options that can get you.
What is your question
No either way could be a wait time with or without a appointment
They offer a credit card. They will also tell you, you need about $700 more work to go with your tires. EVERY TIME YOU GO THERE!
Ntb sucks
