Park is only open 9-4 sundays and mondays, closed all other days. Can i get a refund on my annual pass?

Only thing closed are parts of beach where there are nesting birds or when it is full.

Park open all 7 days from sunrise until dusk. They might close it during storms. You can call directly to the head center and ask about working hours and refund.

I have a wounded crow in my fenced in back yard with a broken wing and ? other injuries what can I do to help this poor thing? He has been in my yard 3 days and other crows have attacked him x2 that I have seen and shoed them away.
