I'm not sure how long they will last. I know they are at peak blooming now, this week. (Mid September.) It will depend when we get a frost. When I was there I did see a few dogs on leashes.

The sunflowers are now closed but I think the shop inside is open. There is another feild in Ipswich if you google it.

The farm stand should be open as far as I know. The sunflower field has already closed for the season, though.

The people there are super friendly and accommodating. Just ask and I'm sure they would oblige. Have fun!

I was about to simply stop by on 8/14 without making arrangements ahead of time (just for buying some produce from the farm stand). The aisles were laid out in a single, one-way path, so keeping distant from others was no trouble.

Yes $10 to park for the sunflower fields. Otherwise there is not much to see so I believe parking would be free. The parking proceeds are donated to charity.

Yes - saw multiple couples having professional pictures taken in the sunflower field the day we were there.

Parking is 10$ per car, so definately carpool. It's a little bit of a walk from The parking field too. Atleast this year they have police detail to keep traffic somewhat moving.

Colby Farm's website says the first couple weeks in sept. Don't trust the onlyinyourstate page that says mid August to Sept. I made the drive out there for nothing.
