Wanted to bring a photographer to get sunset pics taken. I see the field closes at 6, will they kick us out or could we stay through sunset? Also, planning on bringing my dog on leash. Would that be ok?

Dogs on leashes are definitely allowed, just be sure to pick up after them. As for staying past 6, I'd recommend calling to ask them, might be fine though.
