I have a 2018 Suzuki 300hp outboard. The engine display isn’t getting any engine data. Engine runs fine. My service technician Josh Brunner referred to Precision Marine to fix this issue. However, they dont respond. Anybody have any recommendations

Did you call them or email. I've used them exclusively for a while and they have always been great. Attempt to call them again and let them know that a loyal customer is recommending them even though they never returned your inquiry. They are worth the hassle (although I've never had an issue) in my opinion.
