Ordered a Suzuki 140 motor cover. Being first time boat owners, we ordered the wrong one due to change in design for current years. We took it out of the box, held it up to the motor and immediately realized it was too small. Called Precision Marine the next day and was told that since we took it out of the box, it is considered "used" and cannot be returned. WHAT???? It still has the original folds in it. We have all the original packaging but are out $130! I even asked if we could get a credit for the correct cover and order from them. I have called a few times and get the same answer from Sydney - NOPE, it can't be returned. Other Suzuki parts dealers I spoke to would have accepted the return. I would strongly recommend doing business with a company who values their customers.

Not so good! Be sure you understand their return policy before you do business with this company. I made a couple of mistakes. 1st I ordered the wrong size splash Suzuki Engine Covers($470.74). 2nd I tried to swap for the correct size only to find out now it will cost me approximately $700 to fix this! I think I'm done!

If you want a positive review at least send the correct part! I had reuse the old o ring because the one sent was too big! Please hire someone who reads the information carefully before attaching the review slip to the wrong part, then review might be better. As the local outboard mechanic on many different engines a fresh oil change on new motor must have the correct parts!

I have a 2018 Suzuki 300hp outboard. The engine display isn’t getting any engine data. Engine runs fine. My service technician Josh Brunner referred to Precision Marine to fix this issue. However, they dont respond. Anybody have any recommendations
