United AC sold and installed our unit 5 years ago and always provide excellent and courteous customer services. We recently have had issues with the system not draining properly. They have sent out four technicians now, and all have been extremely friendly, kind, and prompt, but not until the fourth tech (Dave) on the fifth visit did we get an answer to why our system wasn’t draining properly. Thanks a bunch to Dave, and to Michelle and Danielle for listening and responding Dave out to find resolve and reason for the issue. I do absolutely still, even with so many visits, recommend United AC and expect that they will remedy the situation at hand, ours and theirs. Kindness goes a long way, even when faced with potential complacency, in my book.

Shane and David are amazing…these guys are ON IT when your ac goes down…totally know what they’re doing, friendly, and thank GOD they come quickly. I recommend United every freaking time…EXCELLENCE!!! I so appreciate your awesome company…it’s too hot to mess around here without air, and I am so grateful for your quick response and even though I know I need a new unit, you guys are keeping me running…I heart you.

I appreciate that on Monday, United scheduled a repair after we called on Sunday afternoon. We scheduled a mutually agreeable time of Wednesday 10am to noon. But that is when communication broke down. Although we understand that the tech had complex repairs early Wednesday morning, we were NOT notified. Even after calling Jennifer several times, the person to meet the tech was not notified until afternoon. About 5pm, the office sent a notice to the tech to call the one to meet the tech when enroute, and to call us as homeowners at a specific phone number when inside the house. We never got a call. My husband, later that night, had an email sent only after service was complete and another email with the bill. I’m happy with United’s skill, but feel that communication throughout the day from staff and tech could certainly be improved.

Mike's professionalism started from the very beginning. He was courteous, knowledgeable and listened to my requests and the information I provided. Completed the HVAC service by ensuring everything was complete, cleaned and left with courtesy. Will definitely keep United Air-conditioning as my service provider (6 years). Always great service!!!!

United does not utilize brushes for cleaning air ducts,they use a nozzle and compressed air on a vacuum system. it's approximately $70 per vent
