If I could give this place zero stars I would. I moved from Bedford over a month a ago! I still haven’t received any mail! To my current address I been to they office several times about my mail the last time I went the lady said I have to redo it. So that mean I will have to wait another two weeks or so for mail. I’m so over it! THEM and they process is slow!

Waited in line and greeted your CSA with a smile which I was then greeted in return with a hand in my face and immediate attitude. I was returning 2 AT&T boxes and an Amazon order like I was instructed to do. She, very rudely, told me that “they” needed to stop sending people here because they can’t do what I needed. “Go to UPS not USPS!” How would I know that? I was following instructions, I did not know they were wrong instructions. I smiled and was calm and honestly stayed almost silent because I was just so surprised. I can understand reacting to someone equally rude and aggressive. I smiled and stood there. Had it not been for multiple people standing in line I would have asked to speak to a manager. The world is hard and everyone’s exhausted, including your staff. So, why not show a little kindness instead of making it the worse. I was already having a bad day, not anyones fault nor your CSA, however, she could have made it slightly better instead of exponentially worse. Do better USPS.

Complain! Postal management has become more about being fast & quick(bonus) than accurate & customer service (good reviews)
You would go to the post office that is for your zip code. If your zip code is 76021, this PO on Harwood is the correct one. If it's 76022, you will go to the one just off central.
Big trucks if they can make it will deliver to the hub but delivery is definitely depending on your road conditions...
In my visits to the post office it appears you do not need an appointment. Just make sure the particular PO you go to does passports. Ive also seen signs that have specific hours they stop doing passports that day. I would call ahead
