What do I need for PPE to start the course?

There are background check requirements. Active le/mil exempt. They will provide the background check for a fee.

You will need eye and ear protection. If you do not have these, they will be provided by SIG SAUER Academy. All other information for class prep can be found on the specific course website page under “Required Equipment.”

You should look at the class requirements at the bottom of the academy class description. The PPE and ammunition requirements are specific to the classes.

Eyes & ears. Sun screen and bug dope. Hat with a bill or brim suggested. Knee elbow pads for some classes.

I would bring my own, but the sell it in the Pro shop.
