Use parking garage across street from aquarium. Not free but inexpensive and can walk to ship and aquarium from there.

Not that I saw. I was only there on a father/sons vacation. We parked in the parking garage maybe about 1/4th to 1/2 mile away by the shopping center. We had to pay to park there. Didn't seem too expensive
No, there is a parking lot next to it but they do charge for it.
