Excellent. They try to match personalities of the dogs with possible adopters. Examples are certain dogs are good for kids, or if a dog who is a good jumper needing a high fenced in area is sought out. The animals are well cared for and if ever a animal needs to be given up by a adopter, they insist that the animal be brought back to them, so a new family can be found.
