The area is fenced in with 2 areas for the dogs to run off leash we go here a lot and its close to home and the dogs live it there is kiddie type pools for the dogs to cool off or play

Is this dog park off leash ? And is it clean ?

No.

There is NO swim area in Meadows Dog Park....probably some dog owner has brought over a kiddie pool, that's another thing!!!!

There are little kids pool that the dogs get into it to cool down.
