They don't even deserve 1 star. The biggest liars, laziest and rudest people in the county. They think their job is to harass people rather than serving people. Cook is likely the worst in the bunch. They act on neighborly disputes without ever evaluating truth, claim to do inspections without ever showing up to look. A corrupt fraternity of rude people

Code enforcement is a joke. I maintain my property. I had a trailer in my driveway overnight while making improvements to my home. The next day code gave me a warning. I fell on the sidewalk they tell me it's a civil violation. I have to hire a lawyer to get the sidewalk clean!!!!! It's a code violation. I'll park my boat in my driveway when someone complains I'll tell code it's a civil matter.

Absolutely useless. I called about getting a decibel reading on my property because the neighbor's AC unit slams my house with hard vibrations that are damaging windows and other appliances in and outside of the home and what I get is an officer who shows up when it is 68 degrees outside with light rain and breeze and proceeds to leave me a voicemail saying there is no issue. What did he even do? I know for a fact the unit wasn't even running and it certainly wouldn't even be the same at 68 degrees at 8 AM compared to 3 PM on a 91 degree day. This was only done as part of proceeding with legal action against the negligent homeowner, but this is certainly not a way you can justify taxpayers dollars being put to use. There is no justice in a code enforcement officer pretending to take decibel readings from a non running AC unit at 8 AM on a 68 degree breezy morning.

I made a complaint online about an overgrown lot in front of my workplace on commercial land with the Parcel ID and I get a response back saying “This isn’t located near your home blah blah and so on” I replied back that it’s in front of a commercial residence. I never received any type of reply back which pretty much states that they don’t care like any over government official

you can have them without a permit on agricultural land and yo need to check the permits for urban chickens. FSU online will certify you for free. the council approved the first reading of an ordinance limiting the number of chickens to five and prohibiting roosters. Owners would have to keep chickens in coops, allowing at least two square feet of space per chicken. Chickens would be permitted to run free in fenced backyards during the day. If you would like some fertal eggs to hatch your own, email me. My he are awesome payers. I will give you some for free. Go here for the backyard urban chicken classes. https://ifas-orange.catalog.instructure.com/courses/backyard-urban-chicken-class?fbclid=IwAR2cpSIZUECaaKbWUzj7ABtP6VN6fmZR8YgVcrgi7PiiTkL7rRYABPB5C_A Pasco Code enforcement and their supporters will lie to you. They are working on a drone like community where only their culture has freedom of movement.
File a complaint on the Pasco County Utilities website under customer service
Code enforcement will come out and check it and any other issues out, then they'll either issue him a citation and make him move it or give him a citation plus mandatory court appearance
