For pinellas hope you cannot get in without Officer Rich Outreach Officer. He works with Pinellas hope. They usually help you with getting your important docs such as birt records,etc.
Id ss# no violent charges......no warrants......and a desire to get off the streets. You have to be willing to follow rules.......lots of rules.
