Yes that's there whose business is helping homeless people, but there are rules you have to follow and make sure you are not high or have any drugs in your system cause you wont get in and do not have alcohol on your breath either you wont get in .yes come before 7am on Tuesday the earlier the better .

You need to call them and get a phone number for an outreach officer in your area. They only allow intakes on Tuesday mornings and referred by an intake officer. No later than 8 am. Your housing will be a tent.
There is HEP in Clearwater on North BETTY lane get there early and sign up.

Yes they only take people in on Tuesdays you have to be early to get in
