Tuesday's are intake day. Best to get in contact with a community outreach from your area. Call non emergency police and they will give you a name and number to contact. But, on Tuesdays at 8am show up at the gate. There are no real qualifications. All situations can be discussed and usually they work with you. There is no waiting list for Pinellas Hope 1, it is living in a tent. You can find the phone number to the front desk online. They don't give much more information than I've already told you.
