There used to be one in Middletown Ohio, I know there was an Elder Berman's years ago.. it might have been and it closed and the Elder Berman's moved in.
It would be best to ask that question on the Dayton Mall's listing. This Dillard's is in Liberty Township which is Greater Cincinnati.
