Today Ruby in the women’s department was the definition of customer service! Several other workers watched me collect clothes to try on, chatted on the phone, chatted with each other, and never offered any help - Not in the Designer section, not in the formal dresses section… nowhere! However, as soon as Ruby saw me, she immediately offered to set up a room and continued to check in on me to be sure that I had what I wanted. Unfortunately Linda in swimsuits seemed to be nothing but bothered I was there. And pointedly told me that any swimsuits I tried on must be completely put back on the hangers and returned to her section. Thank you Ruby for making this shopping event for my vacation a successful one.

This is a pretty big location. They have some great stuff and good deals. I think the one in Kenwood has a little more variety but it is definitely worth checking out if you’re closer to Liberty Mall.

The staff is great and helpful most of them I really like the young lady in the jewelry department with the gorgeous natural hair she's amazing great upbeat attitude helped me pick out the perfect watch for my husband he loved it and she's absolutely amazing she even pointed me in the right direction of a guy who was also very pleasant and helpful when I needed to get some links taken out they are both very helpful and professional
