The equipment is a good energy burning providing lots of running, climbing and sliding! The equipment is older and doesn't get cleaned well. Everything was sticky with a grayish film on it from dirt build up; Toys, counters, chairs. Garbage cubicles were very smelly and had food down the sides. Crevices on the toys in the toddler toy area had half inch or so of dust in them. Light fixtures were broke or not covered at all. Ceiling is turning black around vents from so much dust build up. It was very stuffy and I could feel the dust in the air from my nose and throat. It was fun for the first time, though due to uncleanliness, probably will be the last. Very sad because it has a lot of potential for being a great place for kids.

We were super disappointed! This is such a great idea and we had high expectations. Many of the toys in the Toddler Zone were way past worn out. Some of them were broken and could potentially be choking hazards. A lot of toys were dirty and the carpet didn’t appear to have been vacuumed in quite some time. Jack’s playground equipment looked to be newer or better taken care of. There were multiple spots in some of the corners where there was a build up of dust and crud. Like if it wasn’t easy to get to, they just didn’t. They seemed to be short-staffed, and I know that’s a problem every where. We tried to give grace. If they could step up their cleaning and toy replacement game, I think we’d give them another try!

No kid will come here and be disappointed. Parents on the other hand well, for the money it's a great value. (2022) $10 bucks gets your kid in however the bounce house can be reserved for the day and that cuts in half the fun so safely assume that Saturdays and Sundays you're not going to see the bounce house available. As for the facility itself they do keep it relatively clean but it's obvious they're being cheap about things like not tossing old chairs and certain places that are just not cleaned because they're hard to get to it forgotten. Again 10 bucks for a place that a 3 to 6 year old will burn out in. Parental plus.

My only complaint is a stuck up cashier that up and down refused to give a receipt. She mean mugged the whole time we visited, I witnessed her snap at a kid for standing in the wrong line... (he was in tears line ahead of me, his parents were in left line he was in the right line ahead of me...) She rudly told him "move over to the other line!" Unless you want to order!" Right after that his parents pulled him over, clearly appalled by her attitude and went away quickly. I asked for a receipt after ordering my children a coke to share. She gave me a zero paid zero change copy... I then asked her, "can I get an accurate number for my self please?" She looked at my copy she just handed me surprised "oh, well... do you actually want me to get you a copy?" I replied "yes" she answered me saying "I can't" She did the same thing to my wife when she paid for the 6 kids to play, she up and down refused to get the receipt for the transaction... My family put a lot of money into this visit, this employee has added a bit of sour to it. ... I digress ... Overall I have a great time with the family here! The food is good considering the whole type of location, the French Fries and Fountain Soda Pop are always fresh when we visit. They also have pizza that's good too. I enjoy that the rest rooms are kept nice, and the play equipment has been slammed and rammed by constant play but has held up over the years! So... other than the very unfortunate attitude of a current employee that works at the register, who wore a gray Hoodie under her uniform... ...I love going to JUMP & JACKS!

Yes I did everything with my 2 boys
Yes. They sell some there too if your kids are not wearing them.
Its been clean when we have been there but we also avoid the busiest times on weekends. Too many kids can get pushy with the little ones.
Any outside food, drink, cake and presents are not permitted without a party reservation! A nice little reminder is also posted on the front door of the building :)
There is a large indoor playground for children, a toddler zone which are "open".. Open Play is All Day but Saturday & Sunday the Inflatable area is only reserved for parties.
It is $10 per kid
Yes. It is great place! The kids love it!!
No, adults are supposed to, but when we were there that wasn't enforced either.
no Sorry! you have to buy from our facility, Thanks, -JumpandJacks
Not sure if they have any official safety measures in place to prevent this but one of the last times I went there it appeared we had a color coordinating wristband and the person in the front entry room did ask to see them when we were leaving. This was the first time they appeared to be taking any kind of safety measures like this. The large play area has good visibility and you can see every every part including the back if you stand up and walk underneath it. There is only one place of entry and exit to the large play area that's about 6 feet wide and there are chairs for adults to sit in that line up next to it. The toddler area is a separate room but is surrounded by all windows. It could become hard to see during a peak time such as a friday or saturday night when it tends to get crowded.
To visit and a child play $10.00 per child no bounce houses unless a party is booked
Dear Sir, This is the URL for party details. We have this on our website. http://jumpandjacks.com/parties-events/west-chester-party-options.html Thanks& Regards JumpandJacks
It's $4.00 for crawler to age 2, 3 & up $8.00 during weekdays, and $10.00 on weekends. Adults are free. It's worth it
I think 2 and under is free, and 3 to 12 is $8. 13 and up is free also. Parents are free.
My daughter is 1 and a half and we got her in for 4 dollars. Literally cannot beat a price like that for the amount of fun she had.
2 and under is 4 dollars.
Yea, give them a call. We are just reviewers.
The older kids are aloud to play with younger siblings in a guardian type roll, just like the parents are allowed to play with their little ones.
Of course you can go but I'm unsure about the playland itself and if there are age policies if that's what you meant, most likely its size and weight. I would think so long as you can comfortably navigate and crawl around inside, its okay. Keep in mind, once you hit a certain height and "adult" weight it may become difficult but most 13 year olds can likely still navigate the playland comfortably and have plenty of fun with the smaller kids🤹♂️!
