Wow! Hello babes! I absolutely adore ALL of the wonderful, amazing staff and faculty members at this hotel! They are literally the coolest and sweetest folks I’ve ever worked with! A huge shoutout to Emily and her crew for making sure my sister’s engagement party was an absolute success! We talked and did everything professional and made sure we followed the rules because of COVID-19. We had a great deal going on for our guest who were coming out of state to watch and be part of my sister’s engagement party. The reception hall, tables, chairs, everything about October 3rd, 2020 was an absolute blessing and just a night filled with amazing people. They fit and understood all of our accommodations as well as being sweet and thoughtful. Hotel was clean, rooms were great, yes the pool, bar, and pretty much everything was closed at the moment because of COVID. People that are complaining need to understand they have no control of what is open and what is close! So please be nice and be thankful for what they can offer!😊 I can’t wait until I get engaged or anything exciting pops up! I know where to RSVP..👍🏽

We came to this hotel for a sister's weekend. The entire staff was so wonderful, and I mean everyone from the entire house keeping staff being so helpful and going the extra mile to get us whatever we needed, to the front desk staff members Faith and Beth being so polite and helpful ensuring that everything ran smoothly and making sure that the hotel was clean...it smelled wonderful everywhere. The pool area was clean with plenty of towels available everyone was just so nice. Thank you all so very much I enjoyed every bit of my stay and I'm sure my sister's will be leaving a review as well. Thank you again.

The Sheraton Four Points in West Chester is a great option if you want to be outside of the bustle of the city but also want be close to a lot. It’s close to a huge outdoor mall with a lot of shopping and dining options. They were very helpful and accommodating when we couldn’t locate our reservation and quickly resolved it for us. They also were kind enough to give us a late check out with no problem so we could get a little extra sleep! The hotel is very spacious and has a nice bar and restaurant as well as a pool. Even though it is a large place the rooms themselves are very cozy and clean. I loved the beds and slept so well! There is a lot of attention to details in the hotel. I really appreciated their attention to the little things like the high end toiletries and furnishings. It made me feel less like I was staying in a hotel and more at home there!

This is an excellent hotel! Our room was so clean, and had two really comfortable beds. The coffee maker was stocked with stirring straws, coffee, tea, and fresh bottled water. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, and were extra clean as well. The staff was extremely welcoming. They were all very kind and helpful at the front desk. This hotel had a clean gym and an indoor pool, which was great! Definitely book a room here if you're spending the night in Cincinnati!
