I would bring paperwork just in case. I did not see a vest on the dogs we saw in the park.
Get the paperwork from your doctor. That should be all you need.

I don't think you need any kind of papers but you can bring the papers you have from the doctor or whoever's recommend to have a dog with you

I would take your service papers to be on the safe side but every time we've been it seems they go in the honor system.
In California you do not need paperwork, not sure if emotional service dogs have the same status. Go where you registered or got your service dog for the card or registration.
