There's Downtown Disney which is open to anyone (no tickets or reservations needed). It has restaurants and shops offering a variety of merchandise. West of Downtown Disney are the two amusement parks, which at this moment require California residency, tickets, and reservations: Disneyland (the original park) and Disney's California Adventure (often referred to as DCA). At this moment, the team system is not running so it is a 15-20 minute walk from the Pixar/Mickey&Friends parking structure and the Simba parking lot. There's a parking fee for both.
