Yes their are restrooms they open at 8AM. The parking lot charges $2 per hour / $8 all day. The parking lot is opened at 8AM. I believe the gate closest to the Chinatown Metro Station is opened prior to 8AM

No restrooms they closed them permanently they only have a few nasty porta potties around the park ....for shame!
