I've called and left messages with no call back and I need the paperwork for my daughters diagnosis she starts preschool in less that a week and I was told I would have the paperwork it's been over a month

They don't the same thing 2 me I call and they don't answer and I'm already with them they say that they help but they don't only on they time u have 2 keep calling and get their attention if u have Christina mory she's not a good person 2 have working 4 I I had her b4 she's the worst

Is she a client of Inland Regional? Who is her case manager? If you cannot get what you need. Email that person . Keep this email as proof. Next contact that person's supervisor. I know what it is like having a disabled child. You are their voice. Also, ask your primary doctor to request this information. The preschool actually may request this information for you. A waiver must be signed. Good luck.
