Hi Lafayette. Regional Centers, like IRC, operate in the state of California. Each state has their own system for providing services. Once someone moves out of California they will no longer be served by the California Regional Center system.
You need find the help depends on where you are moving to.
No most likely you will have to find something similar to inland regional is there isn't one where you're moving too.
Don't think u be able to keep them if u move out of state.
