My order didn’t have the space number where I live I seen the email said it was scanned at 11 am and I called where I live La Puente and on hold 45!min to be told go to office and now I’m told at 4:30 pm it’s sent back didn’t even give me time ????

I was put on hold for and hour and a half,hung up on by accident,put on hold again for an hour ,left a message and never got a returned phone call. When I walked in in person the customer service worker looked at me and walked away. Apparently it was his time to "close". This office clearly doesn't care about its customers.

We are very sorry, we know this is very frustrating. Could you please give us the name under which you order was made, we couldn't find an order under your name. And a telephone number would be a great help as well.
